My editing software is giving me problems tonight, so this goes uncropped. But anyways, this card is for 2 Red Bananas challenge for this week AND last week. How did I do it all? Ok, this week's challenge is to use 3/4 of these colors: red, orange, yellow, and brown. Well, I managed to use ALL 4, plus a little green too.

Last week, the gals over at 2RB shared a family recipe of 3 buttons, a square, and the color red. Got those too! That leaf pattern paper is just lovely IRL, and the colors are so beautiful and inspiring! Can't find the red, it is under the leaf print paper, leaf print paper, and turkey tail feathers.

Thanks for looking!

a sweet little thanks

Arlana over at SSW posted sketch 21 with a color combo challenge as well, and i just happen to have 5 extra minutes this week, ok, so it took a bit more than 5 mins, more like 30, to whip this puppy up.

Love that adorable scarecrow? Visit Dustin over on his blog to snatch it up the goodies that he posts.

And fianlly, THIS!

This little lovely pail was an autumn treat for a friend and fellow teacher. She is sensitive to some foods, so instead of filling it with candy, I inserted holiday themed post-it note pad, socks, seasonal lip balm from BBW, and some other goodies.

** See post below for directions to make.

I also created

some altered quart size pails for a Karsyn's teachers, stuffed chock full with ... BAT DROPPINGS! (so festive, right!) I love these clear pails from Stampendous, just cut paper and cut inside. No more messy glue, like with the cans from hardware stores (which I am NOT good at measuring and cutting for those!)

I filled the can with Whoppers (c) candy and added this poem from recipe circus
