I tried my darnest to combine 2 challenges in one, ok, well, technically it could be considered 3 challenges. To begin with, I used the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday's blog for Sweet Sketch #3, where from card making sup~ah star friend Sher is on the DT (GO SHER!), but in addition to the sketch challenge, there is a color challenge to go along with the sketch (hence, 2 challenges in 1). THEN, I hopped over to Splitcoast's Clean and Simple (CAS) challenge, where this week you had to paper piece one of Joni's (Digi Designer Sup~ah Star!) fav techniques.
So, as Ed McMahon would have said, "HERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRE's my creation!"
Cardstock: Bazzill green, yellow, and white
Stamps: $1 star, sentiment from stampendous (set of 5)
Ink: SU! Pink Passion, Green Gable, So Saffron
Embelli's: Stitched Pink Ribbon, green bling dots, dimensional dots, scallop edge scissors, 1/16" hole punch
Technique: paper piecing (the midding solid star within the dotted star outline)
