Rappy Rirthday!

So Karsyn and one of her little friends LOVE Scooby Doo, and of course her friend is having a Scooby-Doo themed birthday party, what else could I possibly put on her card?  Like, isn't it just groovy, man?  Image was found on Google, then cut and assembled layers from SU! Cardstock.

Happy Birthday!

So this first card is for a little girl that loves fairies, princess, and all things imaginary and great about being a little girl!  The image is a Tinkerbelle coloring image I found on Google, added some Copic markers, Diamond Dust Stickles, a wee bit of fiary dust, and here it is!

This next card has a gift card for a teenager (I CANNOT BELIEVE SHE IS THAT OLD ALREADY!) and is supposed to look like an iPod Classic created with some punch art.  What do you think?

Take Me Out to the Ballgame!

These are the treats I made for each girl on our ball team.  The plastic popcorn container is filled with typical baseball treats-- popcorn, peanuts, and Crackerjacks-- and a game ball.  Finished off with a name tag and cute ribbon.  Thank you to everyone for a great season!

Teacher Appreciation Week

How CUTE are these??!?!?!  In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, I made these cards for my daughter's teachers.  She picked out the colors (Karyns said these were their favorite colors,... I hope she's right!).  Sophie Moose is so adorable, and I wanted to go all school-y on these.  What can I say, I'm a teacher, I love the tools of the trade!

GOAL!!!!!

I always love to make time to watch my students play in the rec league games, and of couse a follow up note is thoughtful as well.  I dusted off my Riley Moose stamp, as well as the Stampin' Up! Crayon Cuties to create this scene.

Off We Go...

These little cuties were thank you notes for the parents who accompanied us on our field trip last week.  I really only had a day to throw them together because I THOUGHT I had a few on hand from last year, but apparently not.  The paper was DCWV Grade School Stack, and the image is from TAC retired school set.

What's Up, Doc?

What's up, Doc?  Yep, these indeed are paper carrots I made for everyone for Easter.  I printed the pattern on cardstock, enbellished with pear pizzazz cardstock at the top which I fringed, and tied it all together with some twine at the top.

Hoppy Easter!

I love this little monkey-- Changito!  It has been quite a while since I made some cards, probably December.  Just been in a funk, then so busy with work and all this year, It was nice to sit down last night and make a card, but I was also stressed because I felt so much pressure to make an amazing card... oh well, maybe I and just warming up.

Thanks for stopping!

It's a SPArty!

Karsyn wanted a girly-girl spa party this year, and here is what I came up with for the invites:

It is a 5 3/4" square card, hot pink and white cardstock with silver embossing powder on the stamped image.  It was a blast for a bunch of 6 year old girls!

This is the favor we made for everyone:

Again, going with the same image (CTMH Teen Princess, retired), layered over zebra print cardstock, which had hot pink mohair hotglued to the back of it before being attached to the light pink carstock "handbag."

The handbag was made with 5 3/8" cardstock adhered to a brown paper bag with the height cut down.  Inside were all kinds of girly goodies-- lip gloss, nailpolish, gemstone rings, and body glitter lotion.  WOOHOO!

Thanks for being patient to see what they all looked like this year!

Lucky in Springtime

LJ's spring time swap over on Splitcoast is a broad themed swap-- the only requirement that it be Spring related, and since Karsyn was born in the spring, St. Patrick's Day to be exact, spring is lucky for us.  I also wish my spring semester student teachers good luck as they graduate and venture out to the world of teaching.  Plus, these colors are REALLY pretty!

SU cardstock, Pear Pizzazz ink, and Goodluckabella image.  On the inside, it is stamped "Lucky You (and lucky me for knowing you!)" from SU! Hostess set.  Colored with Copics.
